We currently ship to the following locations in Ghana. All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays.
We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. However, you can also choose any delivery courier you so wish for your order.
Please allow us up to 1 business day to process your order. All orders placed before 5 pm (GMT) will be dispatched the same working day. Once you’ve placed an order, we would contact you by phone to get your exact location.
Occasionally, we will confirm ship and delivery times, then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify by email of the new ship and delivery times.
The cost for shipping is communicated to you after we've receive your order. Courier Delivery cost depends on your location where your items will be delivered.
You can also choose to pickup your orders when we call you. You'll receive a notification email when your item is available to pick up. Please wait for this email before coming to our warehouse.
To pick up your items at Nano wines&cards, you will need to bring the order number and receipt.
